How much does it cost?
The fee starts at €300 + VAT every 4 weeks for one fixed half-day each week, plus €10 + VAT per patient. The agreement lasts 12 months, with automatic renewal and 60 days’ notice for termination.
How does the €10 + VAT per patient charge work?
It is a variable charge added to the fee every 4 weeks. Patient counting and billing terms are agreed before you sign.
Can I choose my days and times?
The formula covers one fixed half-day every week. We agree on the day and time slot, subject to room availability.
Can I change my day?
Yes, you can request a change with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Changes are subject to room availability.
Which services are included?
Room cleaning and basic consumables are included. Reception, connectivity, utilities, queue management, in-room telephones and software with WhatsApp notifications are also available. A Siemens ultrasound system is available, along with a medication refrigerator without a storage service.
Who can use the rooms?
Access is exclusively for doctors and healthcare professionals registered with their respective professional Order, with a VAT number and valid professional liability insurance. Contract activation is subject to verification of professional eligibility.
Does Partenomed provide healthcare?
Partenomed provides spaces and organisational services. Healthcare is provided exclusively by independent, qualified professionals, who remain responsible for their work.
